My name is Waleed and I am from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. I received by BS in Chemical Engineering in 2009 from King Abdulaziz University in Saudi Arabia. Until 2015 I worked at YANPET, a Petrochemical Company which is a joint venture between SABIC and EXXONMOBIL, two of the largest such Companies in the world. I started my quest for higher education in 2015 with a dream to pursue my MS degree in USA and take advantage of the opportunities there. I realized that the number of universities and colleges in USA is so large that it was impossible for me to figure out where I should apply for admission. Dr. Dutta helped me in this effort of identifying accredited institutions that were a good match with my background and interests. I was accepted into a Master’s program in a university in USA to study Materials science and Engineering. I must say that in addition to working towards my degree, studying in the US was has helped me become a better person . I am going to complete my MS degree requirements in May 2017 after which I am eligible to gain practical training in USA under the OPT program. Dr. Dutta is helping me to secure a position in an American Company to pursue my dream. I am grateful to Dr. Dutta.
When I started planning to pursue my Master’s degree, I wanted to enroll in a university in USA. However, choosing the right university among the thousands of institutions in USA was major challenge for me. Narrowing down a final list of colleges that I wanted to apply to was a lot more complicated than I thought. There are a lot of decisions that need to be made about total cost, geographical region, and quality of the university that Dr. Dipankar Dutta of ACAD-USA helped me navigate. I made the right choice of the university and I am about to complete my Master’s program in Materials Engineering. I was able to procure admission for my Master’s degree program in USA and a full scholarship along with it. I have a bright future ahead of me and it would have not been possible without the help I received from Dr. Dutta.
